This limited meet consisted of throwing events, race walks, and a 5K track run.
Several throwers attended Nick Kovakides javelin seminar and received pointers on how to improve their throws.
Everyone should be throwing at least a little bit farther next throwers meet.
Congratulations to Muraji Nakazawa, who threw a javelin for the first time ever - and had the best throw of the morning.
Lana Kane also joined the javelin throwing ranks at today's meet.
"My Weight Throw was 11.14m - an all-time personal best. The Discus was my best masters throw ever today," said James Barr.
