Late/On-site registration is $25.00 after October 10, 2004. Make donations and checks payable and mail to:  Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Road Fort Washington, MD 20744 Teams:Teams:Organizations can have teams consisting of 7 members. $20.00 per person. Teams consisting of more than 7 will be $15.00 per person. Awards: Top male and female finishers,top team, and first bike rider. Top three finishers in the following groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and Over.

Refreshments: Food, beverage and entertainment will be provided

Packet Pickup: All participants may pick up their race packet on Friday, October 15th at Ebenezer AME Church, 7707 Allentown Rd, Fort Washington, MD. Late and on site registration packet will also be available Race Day beginning at 6:30 AM at Watkins Park, Largo, MD. .

Parking: Parking will be available at Watkins Park.

Course: Run/Walk. USATF Certified Course with split times at each mile mark, and 3 water points located along the route. Bike Ride begins and ends at Watkins Park.

Directions to Watkins Park: From the Capital Beltway (I-95/495). At Exit 15A, Take Central Avenue East (Rt 214) for 3 miles. Turn right onto Rt. 193 South(Watkins Drive). Go 1 mile. Turn right into Watkins Regional Park entrance and follow signs to Old Maryland Farm
