Parking out front is free. When you enter, please pick up your t-shirt printed by SportScience > (https://sportsciencewear.com) and your bib number. Please pin your bib number to the front of your shirt. Each lap timer will have a clipboard for each bib numbers they must watch. Please introduce yourself to your lap timer. Here is the schedule for the day: 12:30 PM -- Doors open (enter through Door #12) 12:30 PM to 12:45 PM -- Race-day check-in / packet pick-up is open - please wear your bib number visibly of the front of your shirt 12:40 PM -- Meet your timer 12:50 PM -- National anthem 12:55 PM -- Final instructions 1:00 PM -- Start time 3:19 PM -- Men's US and world record (Malcolm Richards, 2:19:01, New York City, 2018) 3:40 PM -- Women's US and world record (Lindsey Scherf, 2:40:51, New York City, 2018) 7:00 PM -- Must finish by 7:00 PM (six hours) 7:30 PM -- Doors close Link to article about recent world records: https://www.runnersworld.com/news/a20866316/indoor-marathon-world-records-fall/ After the race starts, please stay on the inside lane except to pass or pause or take refreshments. With only 12 entries, the faster runners won't have to pass in the outside lane as often as in the past. The inside lane of the track will be coned to protect runners from stepping inside the lane markings, but please play fair and stay in a marked lane. It's a four-lane track. We have two sets of restrooms on the north end and south end of the track. Please move to the outside lane if you need to pause for the restroom. We have two tables for refreshments on the outside of the track. One table, staffed by volunteers, offers water, Gatorade, and Carb Boom (by www.boomnutrition.com). The other table is for your personal refreshments -- your own bottled drink or packaged nutrition supplement. Please, no actual food in the gym. If you have friends or relatives coming to watch, they can assist at either of the refreshment tables. Please move to the outside lane if you need to pause at a refreshment table. After you complete 211 laps, finish to the outside lane to receive your commemorative belt buckle, printed by www.dynabuckle.com Buckle The gym has seating for about 100, right next to the track.
