Chad Merrill outkicked Adam Kiely in the 1500m, with Cindy Cohen first among women in that race and also the 3000m.

Ted Poulos, now fully recovered, led the men's 3000m.

Desta Beriso Morkama finished first in the 5000m.

Jeanette A. Novak brought bags of valentine's candies for all to share.

Tidal Basin Run presents Special Edition Races on Friday, December 30, with 1500m at 2:15 PM; and 3000m, 5000m, 8000m at 2:30 PM

$5.00 for Tidal Basin Run members, $10.00 for non-members -- bring a gift item to share, and no one will go home empty-handed!

Start and finish at Madison Community Center, 3829 North Stafford Street, Arlington VA. Registration opens at 2:00 PM
