  • Tidal Basin Run, a partner of the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, hosted its last races of the year on Arlington's supreme hill alongside Donaldson Run.
  • Jay Jacob Wind won both races, saying, "You never make up going downhill what you lose going uphill."
