In the 1500m, with his two children watching and cheering, Ted Poulos outkicked Patrick Benko. Cindy Cohen rode a Capital Bike Share to the race to earn the women's win.

In the 3000m, Scott McCann and Dee Nelson won easily.

In the 5000m, Brad Rippey led Greg Ridlington, with Alan Pemberton finishing under 20 minutes at age 60. Wendy Guberman and Tina Rosenbaum ran their longest run ever to finish 1-2 among women.
