A little rain didn't dampen our spirits as we approved by-laws, approved a $10 annual membership, and elected Ric Francke as treasurer and Tim Ramsey as secretary to fill out our board of directors already including Jay Jacob Wind as president and Peter Blank as vice-president.
Mike Hamberger won the race overall in 9:56, and Suzanna Sullivan ran and won her first Tidal Basin Run in 10:44.
