The DCRRC Board named this race in honor of its long-time race director, Larry Noel. Two of Larry's
sons, Harry and Bill competed this year. The race is a part of the RRCA Championship Series,
and his held in conjunction with the City of Greenbelt Labor Day Festival.
A $100 and $50 check went to 1st and 2nd place, and $50 went to the top master runner.
