Taylored 4 Life 5K to 50 Mile
Training Program
This unique training program will offer beginners,
novice, and seasonal runners the opportunity to train as a group.
You will achieve your personal Best, have Fun, and have the option of participating
and preparing for running events ranging from
(5K- 10K- 10 Miles - 1/2 Marathon- Marathon),
and ... the JFK 50 Miler!
This program offers midweek and weekend training
(you will also be required to participate in official races as part of
your group training.) In addition, monthly workshops covering (Nutrition,
Motivation, Physical and Mental Fitness, Injury Prevention, and Shoe Clinic)
will be held.
Only a limited amount of participants will
be accepted.
