| This is the 18th
year of RUDOLPH'S RED NOSE RUN 10K. The TAC certified course runs through Fairfax City, ending on
the beautiful trails in Van Dyck Park. You'll want to race back to our
huge roaring bonfire, homemade chocolate chip cookies, hot chocolate, and
mulled cider. Your kids will get a charge out of the 1K FUN RUN, 9:15 a.m.
Those of you who enjoy running with little ones can enter our annual BabySantaBabyJoggerBoogie
10K, which starts at 9:05 a.m. and follows the same course Santa will
be taking.
Registration: Register by mail until December 4 for $25(1OK), $20(1K FUN RUN), or $30 (BSBJB 1OK). A late registration fee of $10 per race is applied for registration received after December 6. Packet Pickup:

Race Day Registration: December 11, is at Van Dyck
Park, 7:15 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
Awards and Prizes: For overall winners and top finishers in age group categories. Random prizes. 100% cotton long-sleeve full-color shirts to all participants. 1000 red noses at the finish line for the first 1000 finishers. Directions to The New School: I-495 to Route 50 West, to Pickett Rd. South, through 1st light and uphill into left turn lane. Left into Silver King Court to bottom of driveway. It's 9431 on right. Directions to Van Dyck Park: 495 to Route 50 West. Turn left onto Pickett Road. South. Turn right at first light onto Old Pickett. Turn left at next light onto Old Lee Highway, then go approx 1.5 miles to Van Dyck Park on the right. Rudolph's Red Nose Run proceeds benefit the educational programs of The New School Parents' Association. |
