Celebrate the summer racing season on a fast out-and-back race on the Mount Vernon Trail.

Amenities: T-shirts for all registrants. Food and refreshments following the race.

Packet Pickupand Late Registration:
You may pick up your race packet  at Georegtown Running Company, 3401 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20007, (202) 337-8626 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, August 3, 2007 or on race day at Belle Haven from 7:00 AM to 8;00 AM.

Course: South on Mt Vernon bike path from Belle Haven. Map.

Directions: From Washington, take the George Wasgington Parkway south through Old Town Alexandria (it becomes Washington Street) Take the first left south of Alexandria into Belle Haven Marina. There is a gas station on the right just before you arrive.
