Jonathan Sushinsky (26) of Silver Spring, MD scored 1000 points in the Metric Marathon to overhaul Ted Poulos (37) of McLean, VA as the 1999 MD RRCA Men's Open Champion. Poulos is second place and Bill Peeling (43) of Baltimore, MD moves up to third place. These three spots earn cash prizes of $75, $50, and $25. Twelve other men qualified for age group awards.
