I am compiling a new category. This is for runners who win their age group
in every category. I will need help from runners in determining qualifications.

For now, the rule will be:

You must WIN the age group as defined by the race.

a) If it is a low key race without awards your age group defaults to
ten year so that you must be the first person {in that sex} to finish]


b) In a larger race with awards, a runner could be further back and still
be awarded the first age group award. i.e. another runner in your age group
is awarded a higher prize. 


c) The overall winner, the master's winner,
the senior/grand master, or any specific award that contains a group by
age is considered an age group win
{Exception: there must be at least
two participants in the race}


d) Repeat age group wins in a category
are noteworthy but only one per category is needed to qualify as an AGE
GROUP ACE 


e) Obviously some runners will have nearly all the races but
may miss in the marathon. 


f) Some races, which may or may not be considered
OTHER normally, may be used liberally if needed to obtain another category
as judged by the compiler. If you are not sure, check with me ahead of
time. I will be compiling monthly age group wins. Each month the runner(s)
with the most categories won will be posted on the web site. Each month's
totals will be added and they will be listed on the Top Ten Career page.
This year will be the first year and I will not be going to past years.


Examples: (a) If you are an age group winner in three categories in
January and in February you have five new age group wins; you would have
eight for the year. If someone had more than three in January, you would
not be listed in January but in February if five was the most, you would
be listed. 


(b) If the overall winner(s) or master's winner(s) is also in
your age group such as in Army where the top ten and top five master's
all win awards, one could, hypothetically, be the 16th 40-year-old to finish
and still be the age group winner.

g) Any State, national or world record will be deemed an age group win regardless of place.

By the end of the year I would expect that some runners might have as many as (7)
categories*(12) months for (84) age group wins. The top ten totals would be listed. 
Not the total age groups but only [one age group win per category per month].
The runners with age group wins will be listed by date only. Again, I will
need assistance from runners in keeping the records accurate.
