Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
Description: Race is limited to 225. Parking is at the Rt 605 Trailhead. Please carpool and arrive early. Lot opens at 6:30 a.m. Wave Starts: Because of trail restrictions near the start, start waves of about 20 runners each will be used based on gender and age. To win an overall cash award, you must start in the elite wave. To win an age group award, you must start in the appropriate wave. Waves will start 2 minutes apart. See website for complete details. Packet Pickup - Friday Feb 23, 2018 (noon to 5:00 p.m.) - River Rock Outfitter on Sophia Street. Race Day Pickup - Saturday Feb 24, 2018 (starting at 7:00 a.m.) - Rt 605 Trailhead.
Course: Out and back on Dahlgren Rail Heritage Trail from mile post 0 to just past mile post 6.5.
Awards: Overall - Top 5 Men and Women - Cash $100, 75, 50, 25, 25 Age Groups - 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over - Top 3 Men and Women in each age group - River Rock Outfitters Gift Certificates.
