Location: Fairfax Station, VA (Burke Lake Park)
Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
Description: Come on out to beautiful Burke Lake Park and join old friends, new friends, neighbors, as well as, Cadets from Howard University, Morgan State, Norfolk State, Bowie, James Madison, and George Mason just to name a few. Cheer for your favorite ROTC Battalion, as our military's future shows what it means to be 'Army Strong'! This race is also a great prep for those of you planning to run the Army Ten-Miler. Our USA Track and Field Certified Course
flows through scenic Burke Lake Park - no cars, stoplights, or potholes. If you do not feel like running, no problem, we welcome any and all volunteers.
Online registration closes Friday, September 11, 2015. Onsite registration is will be available on race day from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. No registrations will be accepted after 8:00 a.m.
Course: The USA Track and Field certified course (#VA91020RT) begins and ends on a running trail over challenging/fun foot terrain with a beautiful view of Burke Lake. The walking route is 2 miles over a paved surface.
