2018 Start of Pledge Program Dinner

Please join your alumni officers and the undergraduate brothers of DKE on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Country Club of Ithaca, 189 Pleasant Grove Rd, Ithaca, NY 14850. (Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the club house.) We will start with a 5:30 p.m. reception followed by dinner at 6 p.m. and our first pledge education session at 7 p.m. In keeping with Cornell policy, this is an non-alcohol event. Attire: Coat and tie.

Please specify your entree choice when you RSVP. The following choices are available following a salad:

Our Pledges Are Not Chicken Picatta – Sautéed breast of chicken in a lemon-wine caper sauce
Salmon Will Enhance Your Brain for Pledging – Pan seared salmon topped with a peach-mango relish
Eggplant Ovalini Worthy of Ralph C. Mannuni – Asparagus, tofu, red pepper, zucchini, carrot and onion wrapped with grilled eggplant. Served over red pepper sauce with jasmine rice
Delta Chi Pork Chops – Grilled boneless pork chops with a sherry mustard glaze served over a white bean ragout.

All entrée selections are accompanied with chef’s vegetable and choice of starch, fresh rolls with sweet butter, and iced tea, soda selection, and coffee service
